Pico was already a solid choice for a CSS starter kit before version 2. Now it’s really something special. It’s begun to move beyond just a “class-less” theme to kick off a simple project, and into more of a genuine framework to build a whole design around. Once v2 is officially out, I will have no hesitation recommending this for a variety of use cases. Plus it’ll play well with other excellent UI libraries like Open Props and Shoelace!
